We require a $300 non-refundable deposit with the balance and shipping cost due when we finish your saddle. If you want a brand or initials on your saddle, the deposit is $500. Build time is about 3- 4 months. We will do our absolute best to have your saddle finished in that time frame but, sometimes things happen that are out of our control, so there are no guarantees. Your saddle could possbily be finished before that, depending on our work load.
The balance on a finished saddle is due 10 days after you are notified we have finished it. If it is not paid for in that time frame, the saddle will be sold.

Saddle Returns
If you purchase a new saddle made by us from our Buy Now pages and you are not satisfied with the fit, it must be returned within three days after you receive it in the same condition it was in when you got it. Please understand that a new saddle won't completely sit down on your horse's back until it has been ridden 3-4 times. A full refund on the saddle price only, not shipping, will be given only on a saddle that shows no wear, use or dirt. This does not apply to saddles that we are selling for our customers nor does it apply to used saddles. Those saddles are not returnable. Custom ordered saddles may not be returnable.
